Shipping Information
We are currently shipping to:
- Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
- Including P.O. Boxes.
- All US Military bases, APO/FPO
- Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Tomtom does not ship to customers outside the United States at this time. Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.
Tomtom charges shipping by the total order weight. Below are the current rates:

| Above 0.6 lb. | $5.99 |
| Above 1 lb. | $9.99 |
| Above 5 lb. | $14.99 |
Tomtom reserves the right to update these rates at any time without advance notice or sending notifications.
Tomtom periodically offers free shipping for orders over a certain dollar amount. When a customer returns items after receiving free shipping, the differential cost of shipping after consideration of the returned and refunded item(s) may be withheld for the offer to not be abused. Tomtom is a cross-border company with sourcing both in the U.S. and overseas.

Standard shipping times:
- US products: 2 - 5 business days*
- Overseas products: 5 -10 business days*
Orders that contain 15 or more overseas products (all have to be the same shipping timeframe) will be shipped directly to the customer, which can cut down shipping time by 2 - 3 business days.
